Currently serving as Manager of Customer Engagement at Auction Edge, Ron is dedicated to empowering independent auto auctions with cutting-edge technology solutions and leading a team of individuals who provide customers with world-class partnerships and consulting that maximizes their
user experience.
Ron’s career began at Manheim Auto Auction in Lancaster, PA, where he gained hands-on experience in nearly every auction role. As Director of Online Operations, he played a key role in advancing Manheim’s digital auction capabilities and first-hand learned the critical importance of the Condition Report, spearheading the. His expertise expanded into a focus on Inspections and Operational Excellence, where he led the implementation of Vehicle Entry and Inspection departments, setting industry best practices for inspections, inspector training, and commercial consignor workflows.
Ron cofounded a greenfield start-up independent auction location. He managed day-to-day operations before joining Auction Edge and brought the independent auction operators' point of view to his current role.
A true innovator, Ron is also a co-inventor of a patented computer-assisted inspection system that leverages handheld wireless technology to automate vehicle inspections, estimate repair costs, and enhance decision-making.
