Julie Warpool is a 30-year veteran of the remarketing industry holding positions ranging from strategic visioning and innovation to technology and execution.  

Warpool is Chief Operating Officer at Auction Edge, Inc. Julie’s responsible for day-to-day operations and ensuring that business operations are efficient and effective.  Prior to becoming COO, she has had responsibility for development, execution and oversight of enterprise-wide technological and operational solutions focused on modernizing legacy systems, standardizing operational processes and innovating new digital products and services that stimulate auction transactions and drive business results. Her passion is for the independent auction space and the many lives it touches. 

Previously, Warpool was Senior Director at Manheim/Cox Automotive responsible for vehicle solutions, operational excellence, product strategy, and technology. 

Julie was awarded “Women in Remarketing” honors at the 2023 Used Car Week in Scottsdale, Arizona.

In addition to her role as an executive, Warpool is an inventor, holding several US Patents for live-bid event online auction platforms, vehicle inspections/damage estimation and imaging systems and most recently a patent for automation across disparate systems.   She has innovated with key products such as AutoGrade, Enhanced Imaging and Inspections, and EDGE Spark for the automotive remarketing industry.  

Since beginning her auto remarketing career with ADT Automotive, a 28-location auction chain, Warpool has brought many new products and services to market, developed teams driven for results, and helped to lead large-scale change management initiatives.

Warpool holds a Bachelor of Business degree from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associate of Computer Information Systems degree from Nashville State Technical Institute. She recently completed a certificate program from Cornell in the Psychology of Leadership.
