Jared Smith is an Operations Manager at EBlock New Orleans, bringing a strong foundation built over nine years in auction operations and leadership. Originally from Flint, Michigan, he relocated to Hammond, Louisiana in September 2024. He is an active member of Auction Academy's Class 8, CAR certified, and holds an NAAA Condition Report certification, demonstrating his expertise in the industry. 

Currently, Jared is pursuing a Master of Science in Leadership and Organizational Dynamics at the University of Michigan, further enhancing his ability to drive organizational success. He prioritizes a people-first and collaborative leadership style, fostering teamwork, engagement, and operational efficiency. Motivated by a commitment to supporting others and driving positive outcomes, he is always seeking new ways to improve processes and drive growth in the industry. 

Outside of work and academics, Jared values building meaningful connections, prioritizes physical fitness, and spends his free time fishing.
