With 25 years of experience in the automotive industry, Jackie Malik is a seasoned Remarketing Professional. Her career began in various roles within auto dealerships, where she developed her expertise and gained a deep understanding of the automotive market. 

For over two decades, Jackie has been dedicated to the growth and success of Credit Acceptance, where she currently serves as Remarketing Manager. In this role, she leads a team of Remarketing Representatives responsible for managing a high volume of vehicle sales at auctions nationwide. Her leadership has been instrumental in streamlining processes across her various roles at the company, contributing to enhanced efficiency and overall departmental success. 

In addition to her work at Credit Acceptance, Jackie serves on the Executive Committee of the ARA as well as Co-Chair of the ARA CAR Certification Committee. As a Lifetime CAR Certified professional, she is deeply committed to advancing industry standards and promoting best practices in automotive remarketing. 

Jackie has been recognized for her outstanding contributions to the industry, including being named a 2019 “Women in Remarketing” honoree. She was also co-recipient of the “Remarketing Executive of the Year” award in 2020. In 2024, she received two distinguished awards at Credit Acceptance: “The Brett Robers Changing Lives Award” and the “Culture Catalyst” award.
