Forrest Dougan is the Senior Director of Business Intelligence for OPENLANE. With more than a dozen years of data science and analytics experience, Dougan is helping OPENLANE build its measurement strategy and business intelligence functions enterprise wide. Prior to joining OPENLANE in 2022, Dougan worked at Zillow as a principal of the marketing science division, and at Varsity Tutors as an Analytics Manager and data scientist. Dougan is a proud graduate of University of Missouri where he majored in Economics and Mathematics.
