Becky Anderson is the President of CARS Recon, a premier auto reconditioning services company. She assumed this role in July 2022, succeeding her father, Ron Hope, who continued to serve as CEO and Chairman of the Board until his passing in June 2024.

Prior to becoming President, Anderson served as Director of Operations and Client Services at CARS Recon, where she gained extensive experience in the automotive reconditioning industry.

She is enthusiastic and assertive with a passion for improving the client experience through building strong relationships and a willingness to adapt to a changing environment. Anderson emphasizes the importance of embracing technology and continuously learning to better serve customers.

Anderson attributes much of her professional development to the mentorship of her father, Ron Hope, who has had a distinguished career in the automotive industry. She values the lessons learned from him, including the importance of hard work, integrity, and perseverance.
