Tricia Short, a veteran of the automotive remarketing industry for 28 years, began her career at Akron Auto Auction, where along the way Short held positions such as floorplan manager, office manager, controller, general manager, and current chief operating officer. 

This industry is ever evolving and has kept Short on her toes with always a problem to be solved. She has always enjoyed analytics and working with numbers, so she thrives in that area and being the COO, she uses that data to evaluate key performance indicators.

Short started as a block clerk in this business 28 years ago, and over the years learned every possible aspect of her company. Her parents taught her that as they started at the ground level and worked their way up within their careers to top management positions.
