Mere entered the auction industry back in 2016, always having his eyes set on moving up and contributing to those around him and the industry he now loves. Now serving as AGM of Big Valley Auto Auction, with over 8 years in the auction industry, he has learned the ins and outs of the auction world, through experience, hard work and great leadership. Being CAR Certified since 2017, helped him going into Auction Academy, Class 6, to have a broader perspective and understanding of the auction industry.  

Mere was also co-recipient of the First Annual, Maria Acuna Essence Award, awarded from Auction Academy. Mere also is a co-chair on the CAR Certification Committee and has also volunteered countless hours as a CAR proctor, being Safety Sam and Privacy Pam certified, as well as ACT Certified, he believes these are the steppingstones for a brighter future and setting the standard for the auction industry.   

Servant leadership is always at the forefront and also loves to lead the way one would want to follow, as well as empowering employees to have a voice and always be top priority. He was once told, "if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life", a saying he holds near and dear to his heart.
