Emma Pye serves as Manager of Auction Relationships for NextGear Capital, the leading floor plan provider for independent dealers and a Cox Automotive brand.

She has spent more than a decade in the automotive industry, beginning her career at NextGear Capital in 2013. After working in client experience and project management for several years, Emma transitioned to the role of Manager of Risk and Business Performance in 2018. In 2019, her role was expanded to include management of business operations. In 2022, she joined the newly formed North American Auction Services team and has been working to develop NextGear Capital’s relationships with auctions across the U.S.

Emma currently serves as co-chair of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) membership committee. In 2020, she was awarded a President’s choice award from Cox Automotive. Emma was also recognized as one of the “Automotive Industry’s Most Influential Women” by Texas Automotive Dealers Association (TADA) in 2022 and a Women & Automotive Profiles in Leadership nominee at Canada’s Used Car Week in 2023.

Emma holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Windsor. She is currently enrolled in Auction Academy class 8 and is expected to graduate in 2025. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, especially back to her native Canada.
