Allison Kline joined Manheim in 2017 and is currently the AVP of Client Success for Ready Logistics responsible for client success for commercial and dealer auto transportation.   She brings nearly two decades of automotive finance experience to the position, leading the development and execution of strategies to increase client satisfaction for 6000+ commercial and dealer clients nationwide.  Her responsibilities include overseeing client performance for more than 35,000+ daily moves, leading more than 80 team members, establishing growth targets, and developing internal and industry-wide relationships.   

Prior to joining Cox Automotive, Allison enjoyed a successful career in automotive finance, starting with her initial internal consulting role at DiamlerChrysler Financial Services and leading up to oversight over Remarketing at TD Auto Finance.  Throughout her career, Allison created a culture of performance and organizational partnership.  She’s led teams thru significant change while always putting the customer first.  Her love of Remarketing made the transition to Cox Automotive the perfect fit where she’s continued to focus on driving customer success.   

Beyond her responsibilities at Cox Automotive, she is on the board of the International Automotive Remarketers Alliance (IARA) and is a proud former recipient of the Women of Remarketing award.  Allison also participates in multiple mentor programs and enjoys spending time outside of work with her husband and two daughters.
